Monthly Team Updates

Following the monthly Executive Committee meeting, we will post news, sign-ups, and information for teams here. If you want to share something from your team on our page, email us at cougarathletic@gmail.com.

  1. We are currently seeking a few At-Large members to join the CAC Executive Committee. This is a great opportunity to support athletics, help strengthen school spirit, and make a positive impact on our student-athletes and community. Fundraising Approval Requests
Williamson County Schools requires a completed Fundraising Approval Request Form (25-26 PTO-Booster Fundraiser Request) for every event or activity that raises funds for a team. The approvals are completed and submitted in the Givebacks platform. Paper applications are no longer accepted. Please complete the request at least two weeks prior to the start of the fundraiser. Certain fundraisers (sponsor/corporate/community donations, banner sales, concession sales, etc.) can be created for the entire school year - July 1 (or two weeks from the date of submission) to June 30. An expense sheet listing all team expense categories is required with each fundraiser application. 
All teams should have a parent team representative who will complete the fundraiser requests. Please contact cougarathletic@gmail.com if you need to be added.
